We approach every executive search as a partnership with our client. In this light, we use a proven framework as the project's foundation and collaboratively tailor the work plan to meet the unique needs and wishes of our clients. In every search, we aim to provide our clients with three deliverables: a diverse selection of qualified candidates, a thoughtful, inclusive, and well-communicated search process, and sound advice and consultation.


Based on the search strategy developed with each client, Mosaic Public Partners will launch a targeted, comprehensive search effort sourcing candidates from five primary categories.

Our executive recruiters work closely with both our clients and candidates to candidate screening and vetting.


Working closely with our clients, we design a thoughtful interview and selection process to identify the right talent for consideration. Interviews are fully supported, with both on-site facilitation and printed materials. Our goal is to provide white-glove service to our clients for what is ordinarily a time-consuming and tedious task for their staff.


Once a candidate has been identified, our recruiters will handle negotiations on our clients’ behalf and perform final background and reference checks. This allows for a smooth hand-off to our clients’ human resources team for onboarding. In addition, all candidates who participated in the process receive a final close-out communication expressing appreciation from both our client and our firm.
