Partial & Assisted Search Services

Mosaic Public Partners offers two partial/limited search service options for situations where circumstances may not warrant a full-service executive search. While guarantees are not offered with partial search services, our team uses the very same tools and strategies to help our clients get the candidates they need to fill critical positions.

Assisted Outreach Plus


The Mosaic Public Partners Assisted Outreach Plus service offers the same components of our full executive search service up to the point where the consultant presents and recommends candidates to the client to interview. From that point forward, the client is responsible for the remainder of the search effort. This option ensures that all initial aspects of a comprehensive search are covered by our firm, while the client retains control and oversight of the final selection and offer stages.


The Assisted Outreach Plus option is not offered for board/council-appointed positions or public safety director positions. A candidate guarantee is not provided with the Assisted Outreach Plus service option.


Assisted Outreach


The Mosaic Public Partners Assisted Outreach service is a partial search effort that , with the goal of assisting clients in identifying and sourcing top-tier candidates for lower-level, mid-management, technical, or other hard-to-fill positions. This service option is tailored to provide a streamlined, targeted approach to filling positions where advertising alone may not yield an adequate candidate pool. A candidate guarantee is not provided with the Assisted Outreach service option.


We meet with the client to learn about the position and target candidate, after which we provide the following services:


  • Create a high-quality, attention-getting recruitment brochure.

  • Targeted research to identify candidates matching the target market.

  • Up to two email campaigns directed at candidates identified through the targeted research.

  • A comprehensive advertising campaign in the relevant market.

  • LinkedIn postings and inclusion on our website.

  • Interested candidates are directed to our clients’ website for questions and to submit their interest, where our clients take it from there.
