In his 25+ year public sector career, Dennis strengthened collaboration between government entities and employee labor associations, building trust, improving communication, and enhancing operational efficiency. He is widely recognized for his ability to cultivate strong partnerships, leveraging clear communication, creative problem-solving, and forward-thinking strategies to address complex challenges.
Over the past nine years, Dennis has served as a director for a major non-profit organization, working closely with local government clients. As a non-profit leader, his client-focused approach, strong leadership, and commitment to service have contributed to significant growth and expanded impact within his area of responsibility.
