The Chief Building Official provides leadership and management of the Building and Safety Division which ensures that building construction within the City of Rancho Cordova meets state and local standards for safety, accessibility, green building, energy conservation, and storm water pollution prevention. The division issues building permits, provides plan review services, and inspects residential and commercial properties within the City of Rancho Cordova.
