Document Preparation & Upload Tips
Here are some tips for using the online application to upload your cover letter and resume to the Mosaic website.
Preparing Your Documents

Documents must be converted to PDF (Portable Document Format) before being uploaded.

Documents should not exceed 15 MB in file size, but the smaller, the better, especially if your Internet connection or cellular data transfer rate is in question.

Name your files simply, avoiding special characters and spaces. Having your name and what type of document is best. For example; Your_Name_Cover_Letter.pdf and Your_Name_Resume.pdf.
Using the Application Form

Allow the file upload to complete before leaving the application page.

Make sure all the required fields have been filled out.
Devices, Operating Systems, and Browsers

Make sure your computer, operating system, and browsers are up-to-date. If not, please attend to their required updates and try using the application again.

If your computer is older than 7 years, try using a newer one.
