An outstanding leadership opportunity awaits a talented finance professional looking to join the North County Dispatch Joint Powers Authority (NCDJPA) as the next Administrative Services Manager. The Administrative Services Manager works collaboratively with the JPA Administrator and staff to deliver high caliber public safety communications services to member cities in beautiful North San Diego County. The ideal Administrative Services Manager candidate will have municipal finance experience in disciplines such as accounting, payroll, AR/AP, reconciliation, budget, and pension reporting; experience with implementing new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms; HR experience or a strong willingness to learn; and a people-centric focus as the NCDJPA places a high value on collaboration and work/life balance.
While the Emergency Communications Center is located in Rancho Santa Fe (CA), the NCDJPA serves 480 square miles and a population of over 875,000 in the following North San Diego County communities: Carlsbad, Del Mar, Encinitas, Escondido, Fallbrook, Oceanside, Pala, Pauma, Rancho Santa Fe, Rincon, San Marcos, San Pasqual, Solana Beach, Valley Center, and Vista.
