The Towns of Winter Park, Fraser, Granby, and Grand County have approved t he formation of a new Regional Housing Authority in the Fraser River Valley of Colorado. The new housing authority, named the Fraser River Valley Housing Partnership (FRVHP), was formed to address regional workforce housing shortages.
